Help with everything

Alcohol includes beer, lager, wines and spirits. A lot of people like to drink and in moderation that's OK. Too much though can mean risking your health and your safety; you could damage your liver, have an accident or get involved in a fight, and possibly be arrested.

If you're old enough to have a driving licence and are 'over the limit' then you could be convicted for drink driving. if you are convicted of drink driving you will be disqualified from driving for at least 12 months and fined up to £5,000. You could even face a prison sentence of six months.
