Quite often the biggest worries don’t seem so bad when you talk to someone whatever’s on your mind we should be able to help you!

Advisers are on call from 8.00am to 10.00pm seven days a week. Please note that as of September 2011, the focus of this helpline will be careers and learning. Advisers will suggest suitable alternative sources of information for non-careers issues.
